01 | Virtue Lab

We begin with a short ten-minute lab with both Dad and son together. Topics typically include virtue or some aspect of character development. To keep things interesting for the boys we keep things as practice as possible and encourage father’s to use the talk as a way to talk about the topic with their son later.  

02 | Input Session

While the leaders keep the sons occupied with a game or activity we have the Dads only talk. This is an opportunity to share a few ideas on how to develop particular character traits. 

03 | F+S Challenge

Dad and son against the rest of the world. A challenge is set for each family to complete. Maybe it’s a puzzle, solving an imaginative problem or a building project. Memorable moments are had with the F+S relationship strengthened in the challenge.
